The Academia Industry Bridge is dedicated to bridging the gap between academic knowledge and industry experience for science graduates. Our three-month, intensive, in-person laboratory training program focuses on pharmaceutical science, formulation science, and regulatory science. We are committed to equipping graduates with essential practical competencies, professionalism, and confidence needed to succeed in scientific careers. Our program serves as a launchpad for graduates to enter the workforce with genuine laboratory experience and industry-ready skills, ultimately fostering a more prepared and connected community of early-career scientists. The first intake is set for May 2026, welcoming both UK and international graduates.
